Flattich Arabians is situated on 20 acres with 4 large (2 – 4 acre) pastures. We have a 10 stall barn with separate lesson and boarder’s tack rooms. We have full facilities with restroom, washer, fridge, and microwave for our guests to use. We have two wash racks with the indoor having hot water as well. We have a 60’ round pen, a standard dressage arena, a small 100’ by 120’ work arena, and a large 200’ by 150’ jump ring. We pride ourselves in providing a smaller more intimate setting with all of the perks of a larger facility. I normally do not turn out more than 4 horses in any one pasture at a time.

Testimonial
"Katy
found the ideal horse for me. When the first horse I tried to buy had a
conflicting personality, she found another situation that matched him perfectly.
In no time, she located a horse, within our budget, with the temperament,
personality, and training I was hoping for. At her barn, my new horse is
flourishing from the excellent care he receives daily. Katy has inspired me to
be a competitive rider, and she found for me the horse that can make this a
reality."
